Terms of Use
Last updated: April 2026
By downloading or using Naqdi, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Naqdi on your Apple devices. You may use Naqdi for your own business invoicing and expense tracking. You may not resell the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
2. Subscription
Naqdi offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks advanced features.
- Pricing: Displayed in the app. Monthly and yearly plans available.
- Free trial: New subscribers may receive a free trial on the yearly plan. After the trial ends, your Apple ID is charged automatically at the listed price.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We don't issue refunds directly; refund requests go through Apple.
3. Free tier
Naqdi is free to use with limited features. Free users can create up to 3 clients and 10 invoices per month. Upgrading to premium removes these limits.
4. Your content
You own everything you create in Naqdi (invoices, client data, expenses). We don't claim ownership or usage rights over your business data.
5. Tax and invoice verification
Naqdi is a self-service invoicing and expense-tracking tool that performs arithmetic on invoice totals (including a 15% VAT calculation) and generates a QR code summarizing the invoice. Naqdi is not a licensed accountant, auditor, tax advisor, or certified e-invoicing service provider for any authority. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of every invoice and expense, for filing any returns required of your business, and for verifying that your records meet any requirements that apply. Verify every invoice and VAT calculation with your own records — and with a qualified accountant when in doubt — before submitting, sharing, or filing anywhere.
6. No warranty
Naqdi is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that every calculation or feature is free of bugs. Use the app at your own risk. We recommend keeping independent backups of important business data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding a claim. We aren't liable for lost revenue, tax penalties, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved in Saudi courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
