01Do my invoices include a QR code?+
Yes — every invoice you generate carries a QR with the seller name, VAT number, timestamp, total, and VAT amount. It follows the standard format used on Saudi tax invoices, so any invoice scanner will read yours.
02Where does my data live?+
Right on your device, with optional iCloud sync to your private account. Naqdi uses no external servers, requires no accounts, and never sees your invoices. The only data sent are anonymous bug reports to help us improve the app.
03What if I'm not VAT-registered?+
Toggle "VAT registered" off in your business profile. Invoices generate without VAT lines or VAT-specific labels. Everything else — clients, expenses, PDF, history — works identically.
04iPhone, iPad, and Mac?+
One purchase covers all three. iCloud keeps your invoices completely synced across all your devices. And the Mac version is built specifically for macOS, not just a mobile app in a window.
05Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Naqdi. Apple honours access through the end of the billing period. You can also export everything as PDF or CSV before you go.
06Why the paper-like design?+
Because invoices are documents at heart. Even on a screen, they should look professional and crafted. Freelancers deserve a tool that matches the quality of their portfolio, not just a boring spreadsheet.
